Stacey Carlson and I are delighted to present our $0.02 on building a change management center of practice with the Minnesota Change Management Network on April 18! We'll share our stories, examine a wide range of examples, kick the tires on how to build 'em, and get the hive mind to share their examples as well. We'll even give you some practical/tactical stuff you can do in the next 30/60/90 days to build your own.
